Under new ownership as of October 2007, Tower View is currently licensed as a 24 unit manufactured housing community with plans to expand to a total of 40 homesites by 2010.  All homesites are separately metered with all new underground sewer/water plumbing, gas lines, 200 amp electrical service and available cable to all existing homesites.

Any new or used homes (1990 or newer) coming into Tower View will be placed on concrete slab-on-grade foundations.
