The rent for single-section homes is $325.00 and $350.00 for multi-section homes. The resident is responsible for all utilities.
- Is a security deposit required?
Yes. Two months security deposit is required when the Rental Agreement is signed.
- Do you have any move-in specials?
Yes. New residents get the first two months rent free.
- Do you accept credit cards for payment?
Yes. Online only using Paypal payment processing services
- How many single-section and multi-section homesites currently exist at Tower View?
Currently, we have 18 single-section homesites and 6 multi-section homesites.
- Can a single-section be placed in a multi-section homesite?
Yes. However, the resident will have to pay the same rent for the multi-section homesite.
- What is the rating of Tower View Manufactured Housing Community?
